Youtuber Jake Paul and legendary boxer Mike Tyson will square off in an intriguing boxing exhibition on Netflix. The eight-round heavyweight matchup will take place on Friday, November 15, at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Paul (10-1, 6 KOs) stopped Mike Perry in the sixth round in July and has won four straight fights since losing to Tommy Fury 21 months ago. The Ohio native has tallied TKO victories in his past three appearances.

Tyson (50-6-2 NC, 44 KOs) lost three of his final four fights, including a six-round loss to Kevin McBride in 2005. The Brooklyn product won his first 19 professional fights by knockout, 12 of them in the first round, and reigned as the undisputed world heavyweight champion from 1987 to 1990.

In the co-main event, undisputed women's super lightweight champion Katie Taylor (23-1) and seven-division world champion Amanda Serrano (47-2) will clash in a highly anticipated rematch. Taylor rallied to retain her titles with a split decision victory despite being badly hurt in the fifth round.

Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson Betting Predictions

Paul, the YouTuber-turned-boxer, is at his best when moving forward, using his jab to open other punches or setting up combinations. The 27-year-old is adept at feints and body work and has an uncanny ability to read his opponent's defensive tendencies and adjust his game plan accordingly.

The Ohio native, who resides and trains in Puerto Rico, has made great strides since scoring a first-round TKO win over Youtuber AnEsonG in his boxing debut in 2020. Paul is known for his jabbing style and often targets the body. He also likes to flick a jab high before taking two shots downstairs and sometimes follows with a left hook.

Paul's game revolves around his right hand, usually as a straight or overhand, since it's his heaviest punch. His game plans are typically simple: Paul utilizes an active jab, excellent feints, and targets the body often.

Tyson has not fought since a 2020 exhibition fight against Roy Jones Jr. The 58-year-old living legend has 44 career knockouts and is completely healthy after a medical issue postponed the initial July 20 fight date.

Paul has posted back-to-back knockouts over club-level boxers in his previous two fights and is excited to make history against Tyson.

"Making history. This is what it's all about for me, man. I'm a kid from Ohio. They'll never give me credit. That's the way it is," Paul said at a press conference in August. "If I was walking on water, they would say it's because I couldn't swim.

"And this is to make history. The people think I'm going to get knocked out by this strong, powerful guy. All the people in my comments say, 'look at his power. He's going to get KO'd.' This has taken a chance to fight somebody as vicious as Mike can be. You got to risk it for the biscuit. That's the name of the game. I'm here to make history. I'm here for a challenge."

Unlike Paul, Tyson is not looking for a challenge. The controversial sports star and former "baddest man on the planet" wants everyone to know he is still a mean person.

"There's nothing nice about me," Tyson says, speaking to several publications over Zoom recently. "I'm not a nice person. I'm a decent person, I try to do the right thing. But a nice person, I am not.

"Anybody with the that I'm a nice person is gonna be disappointed." Tyson added. "I'm just not. I don't make people happy for no reason, I'm just who I am. I'm not trying to gain friends, that's basically what I'm saying. I don't want to make friends with you, I don't care if you put me on your yacht, I don't give a f***. I'm not gonna ever be nice to nobody; I'll be kind, but never nice."

Betting Pick: Tyson

Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson Betting Tips

Betting odds for this intriguing exhibition fight are live on popular boxing sportsbooks, including Fanatics, which has listed Paul as the favorite. The most common bet type for this boxing matchup is the moneyline, a wager on who will win the fight outright.

Considering how Paul is 31 years younger than the former heavyweight champion, the Youtuber is the popular pick to win the fight. However, Tyson remains a dangerous opponent with powerful punches that will pose serious problems for Paul. Thus, the legendary boxer is our pick to win the fight, and a $100 wager on Tyson at odds of +225 would net a total payout of $325.

The Over/Under bet is another popular type, where you wager on the number of rounds the fight will last. Given that six of Paul's previous eight fights have gone six rounds or more, we do not expect the fight to end in the early rounds. Thus, betting Over 3.5 rounds could be a winning pick.
